1 General Terms & Conditions

Baj8 (referred to as the "platform" in the bunker) is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between baj8 and its users.

• A valid email address
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• Preferred payment method details

Only one account may be created per mobile number or email address. If the same person or members of the same household are found using the same device, IP address, or payment method, baj8 reserves the right to investigate.

3 Age Verification

Baj8 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. baj8 may request identity documents to verify your age at the time of registration or at any point thereafter.

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport may be required.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until age verification is completed.
• If a false age is proven, the account and all deposited funds may be confiscated.
• Anyone operating an account on behalf of a minor will also be considered a violation.

4 Deposits & Payments

To deposit on baj8, you can use Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or USDT. All deposits must be made through a method registered in your own name.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Suspicious or unusual transactions may be held for investigation.
• If a deposit is unsuccessful, please contact your bank or mobile banking provider.
• Baj8 is not responsible for network or technical issues that occur during payment processing.

Baj8 follows strict anti-money laundering policies. Suspicious financial activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing funds. All withdrawals will be processed through the same method used for the original deposit.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
• If additional verification is required, processing may be delayed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Baj8 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the applicable wagering requirements must first be fulfilled.
• A bonus offer may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated in the terms.
• Baj8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Referral bonuses are only awarded for valid new accounts.

7 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on baj8, please read the specific rules for each game or sports market. General betting policies are as follows:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Baj8 reserves the right to void any bet where abnormal odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, your bet will remain active.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed in Sports Betting, bets will be settled in accordance with baj8's rules.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baj8 and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Opening an account through fraud, impersonation, or using another person's identity.
• Deliberately attempting to exploit the bonus system.
• Any attempt to damage the system through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Threatening, intimidating, or harassing other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes without baj8's permission.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Baj8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of an account being opened with false information.
• Evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.

Users may also request account closure at any time through support. Any valid balance will be returned after verification.

10 Responsible Gaming
